Venus Index explained

Hey Ladies,

I just got an advanced copy of the new program from John Barban called The Venus Index. I must say after giving it a read thru John has definetly done his homework and really created a easy to follow system for women to achieve perfect body measurements.

Now I am gonna do my best to simplify what John goes over in the manual, the main manual itself is roughly 30 pages and goes into a little background of what the Venus Index is and how everyone has a “Perfect Size”. What this means is no matter where your are at right now with your physique you have a specific size that you can zero in on a target for extremely visible results.

This is what is called the Venus Index or VI for short, and it is based off a series of ratios:

Heres is what determines your Venus Index…

3) Waist-to-Shoulder Ratio

These may seem familiar to you as there are what currently makes up the hour glass shape all women aim to achieve.

One thing I really liked about the the book is that it really goes into the fact that thinner is’nt always the answer for women trying to improve their looks. The idea is to be lean firm and toned. Weight loss by itself isn’t a good enough goal, you need a shape goal, of course I’m biased and I believe that goal is a perfect VI.

Now just to clarify on that point, here are a few women who currently have a near perfect VI…

Now in the picture above you can see Jessica Biel sporting a really killer physique, now without measuring her to be sure my bet is she has an almost perfect Vi, with that said lets go a little deeper, now by no means is Jessica too muscular, she is sporting just the right amount of muscle combined with a lower body fat percentage.

In the photo above is Mila Jovovich from one of the resident evil movies, and like Jessica Biel the first thing that really stands out to me is her well defined arms and shoulders. Mila clearly spent some time really diving into targeting her physique to get that hourglass shape.
